Booking and Payment

  • Booking: You can book our services online or through our customer service.

  • Payment: Payments for our services must be made in advance or as per the agreement. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the premises are accessible for our team. Any special instructions or requirements should be communicated in advance.

Liability

302 Clean is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Terms of service covering minimum requirements from the carriers

  1.  You Agree  to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication from 302 Clean
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to 302-600-2601
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
